1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website, software systems, offline school engines, and training programs of Edubyte Africa, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Edubyte Africa. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an educational institution, corporate entity, or organization, you represent that you possess the full legal authority to bind such entity to these conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, software architectures, desktop grading applications, curriculum outlines, graphics, text, and proprietary documentation developed by Edubyte Africa and TechBees Academy are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Users and client institutions are granted a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license strictly for internal educational or commercial deployment as authorized by contract. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized redistribution of our software source code is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Access to paid TechBees Academy cohorts, masterclasses, and enterprise software deployment requires upfront payment processed through secure gateways like Paystack. All fees are stated in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵) unless otherwise agreed. Due to the digital and intensive nature of our training programs and software licensing, fees are generally non-refundable once deployment or onboarding credentials have been issued, except at the sole discretion of executive management.

4. Offline Software and Institutional Liability

Edubyte Africa provides offline assessment engines and enterprise applications designed to function reliably in low connectivity environments. While rigorous testing is applied, Edubyte Africa disclaims liability for data loss arising from local hardware malfunctions, unbacked storage media failures, or operating system corruption on client terminals. Client institutions remain solely responsible for maintaining routine local data backups.

5. Modifications and Governing Law

Edubyte Africa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our platforms following any adjustments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
